Artspot’s mural tours started when Geralda Miller noticed her collaborator Eric Brooks showing his friends from Scotland around Reno. He’d taken to leading unofficial tours of the city’s murals for his visitors. Now, their organization offers weekly tours downtown and in Midtown. Geralda joined podcast host Prince Nesta in the studio this week to talk about her work with Artspot and Artown, and how living abroad changed her worldview.

Prince Nesta is a radio broadcaster, podcaster, producer and reporter from Kenya who has worked for BBC, Voice of America, Our Town Reno, and KWNK. His podcast, Discover America with Prince Nesta, compares Kenyan and American culture. Nesta earned his MA in Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno and is working on a PhD in Media Studies at the University of Oregon. He plans to be a radio broadcaster until he breathes his last breath.
